Replenish

Nutrient therapy that fits a real schedule.

Vitamin and nutrient therapy delivered where your body can use it, in visits short enough to fit around work. What you receive is chosen around your labs and your goals rather than picked off a menu — and if your bloodwork doesn’t suggest you need it, we’ll tell you that.

Commonly used for

  • Low energy, where labs point to a deficiency
  • Recovery after travel, illness, or hard training
  • Hydration support
  • Immune support through demanding stretches
  • Nutrient support alongside a weight-loss plan
  • Topping up a documented deficiency between visits

Our approach

How we approach it

Nutrient therapy works best when it’s targeting something specific. We use your labs to decide what’s worth giving, which often means recommending less than you expected rather than more.

01

Guided by labs

Your panel tells us what you’re actually low in. Supplementing what you don’t need is, at best, an expensive way to make no difference.

02

Short, scheduled visits

Injections are quick. IV sessions are longer but designed to fit around a working day, and members get priority scheduling.

03

Reviewed over time

Repeat labs show whether it’s working. Protocols get adjusted, reduced, or stopped based on what they show.

What we offer

B12 & lipotropic injections

Quick in-office injections, often used alongside a weight-management or energy-focused plan.

IV hydration & nutrients

Fluid and nutrient support delivered intravenously, with the blend chosen for your situation.

Immune & recovery blends

Used around travel, illness, or heavy training loads, when the timing genuinely matters.

Physician-grade supplements

Where an oral option is the more sensible route, which is more often than people expect.

Common questions

Injections & IV Therapy, answered.

Do I need labs before an IV or injection?

For anything ongoing, yes. Labs are what make nutrient therapy targeted rather than guesswork, and they’re how we know whether to continue. For one-off hydration or recovery support the bar is lower, and Madison will tell you which situation you’re in.

How long does a visit take?

Injections take a few minutes. IV sessions take longer — generally under an hour — and are scheduled so they fit around a working day. Members get priority scheduling for both.

How often would I come in?

It depends entirely on what we’re addressing and what your labs show. Some people come in around specific events like travel or a heavy training block; others are on a set cadence as part of a broader plan. It’s reviewed as your labs change.

Do I need to be a member?

No. Membership adds preferred pricing, priority scheduling, and ongoing oversight, but you can be seen without one. If you’re coming in regularly, it’s worth asking whether membership works out better for you — and if it doesn’t, we’ll say so.
