Questions
Straight answers,before you call.
If something isn’t covered here, ask — Madison would rather answer a question twice than have you guess.
Getting started
What happens at the first visit?
Getting started is two visits. The first is one complete appointment that gives us everything needed to build your plan: an in-depth consultation with Madison, a full hormone and metabolic lab panel, an InBody body-composition analysis, and your personalized wellness plan. About two weeks later you come back for your lab review, where we go through the results together. We test before we treat, so your care is guided by real data rather than guesswork.
What is the lab review visit, and does the $100 come on top?
It’s the second of the two getting-started visits, about two weeks after the first, where Madison walks you through your results and you decide together what makes sense. If a program is a good fit, that $100 applies to your first month of Essentials membership rather than being charged twice. If it isn’t the right time, the $100 simply covers the lab-review visit and there’s no obligation to continue.
Do I need to know what I want before I come in?
No. Plenty of people arrive knowing only that something feels off. The first visit is designed to work that out. Some patients leave with a full hormone or weight-loss plan; others leave with the right labs and a nutrition roadmap and nothing else.
Do I have to become a member?
No. Membership gives you ongoing oversight, priority scheduling, and preferred pricing on therapies, but you can be seen without one. If you’re planning to come in regularly it’s worth asking whether a membership works out better for you.
How do I book?
Call or text, send an email, or message on Instagram or TikTok — whichever is easiest. Tell Madison a little about what you’re hoping to change and she’ll take it from there.
Membership & cost
What does the membership fee actually cover?
Your monthly fee pays for the relationship: provider oversight, monitoring, lab reviews, secure messaging, and priority scheduling — plus preferred member pricing on everything offered. Even at the Essentials level it supports the practice behind your care, from front-desk staff to charting and medical records to monitoring between visits. Treatments, medications, labs, and supplements are billed separately, only as you use them, always at your member rate. That keeps your monthly fee predictable and means you never pay for therapies that aren’t right for you.
Which membership tier should I choose?
There are two. Essentials is the foundation — ongoing oversight, secure messaging, preferred member pricing, quarterly check-ins, and an annual lab review. Signature adds same or next-day scheduling, monthly check-ins, quarterly lab reviews and body-composition scans, a monthly wellness injection, and direct access to Madison. Most people start with Essentials. Madison will help you choose during your consultation, and you aren’t locked into the first choice forever.
Do you take insurance?
Membership and in-office services are self-pay — membership is not insurance and doesn’t include the cost of medications, labs, or treatments. Prescriptions Madison writes are sent to the pharmacy you choose, so your insurance can be applied when it’s eligible.
Are there long-term contracts?
Membership is billed monthly. If your circumstances change, talk to Madison — the point of the structure is that it stays useful to you, not that it traps you.
Care & treatment
Do I have to take medication?
Never as a requirement. Some patients want a full hormone or weight-loss plan; others simply want the right labs and a nutrition roadmap. A plan with no medication in it is a completely normal outcome of a first visit.
What labs do you run?
A comprehensive hormone and metabolic panel rather than a single screening value — including thyroid, which drives a lot of the symptoms people assume are something else. Follow-up panels are repeated on a schedule that depends on your plan and membership tier.
How soon will I feel different?
It varies genuinely between people and between therapies, and anyone quoting you a specific timeline is guessing. Some people notice changes in energy or sleep within a few weeks; others need longer and an adjustment or two. Regular check-ins and repeat labs exist precisely so the plan keeps pace with you.
Can I keep my primary care doctor?
Yes, and you should. This is focused wellness care — hormones, peptides, weight management, and nutrient therapy — and it works alongside your primary care physician rather than replacing them.
What if a therapy isn’t working?
We change it. Repeat labs and check-ins are there to catch that, and stopping something that isn’t helping is a normal part of the process rather than a failure.
About Madison & the practice
What does PA-C mean?
Physician Assistant — Certified. Madison holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies, is certified by the NCCPA, and is licensed in the State of Florida. In Florida, physician assistants practise under physician supervision and can evaluate patients, order and interpret labs, and prescribe.
What is Madison’s background?
Her Master of Physician Assistant Studies is from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and her B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior is from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Her clinical experience runs from urgent and primary care through integrative and functional medicine, working with both concierge and non-concierge patients.
Where are you located?
Boca Raton, Florida, serving the surrounding Palm Beach and north Broward communities. Appointments are by request, and telemedicine is available for visits that don’t need to be in person.
Do you offer telemedicine?
Yes, for consultations and follow-ups that don’t require an in-office visit. Anything hands-on — pellet placement, injections, IV therapy, and body-composition scans — happens in person.
